Context
Business teams had access to many data sources (claims, customer relations, fraud, operational performance), but information access still depended on BI analysts. Ad hoc requests piled up, and decision-makers struggled to quickly explore weak signals or validate a hypothesis independently.
Approach
We implemented a business semantic layer and a natural-language exploration assistant able to translate questions into reliable queries on the data warehouse. The solution automatically generates relevant visualizations, explains calculation assumptions, and includes governance guardrails to ensure traceability and analysis quality.
Results
The time required to move from a business question to an actionable insight was cut by three. The volume of first-level BI tickets dropped significantly, and teams improved early anomaly detection through more frequent and structured exploration of key indicators.
